Janelle has decades of experience doing grooming and it shows. She was right on time, very professional and took great care of our fuzzy beast. She was really gentle (he’s a bit of a complainer) and also gave some great suggestions for taking care of him between groomings. Highly recommended!

Janelle was courteous and very professional. She had a questionnaire for me to complete online then called me to discuss each dog’s needs. Both my dogs are a bit fearful (one more so than the other) and I’d never tried a mobile dog groomer before. I worried about how well they would respond to her and if this would be a total disaster. Janelle texted a reminder to me the day before my appointment, and she showed up right on time. Both dogs did very well, thanks to Janelle’s nurturing, calm demeanor. She bathed them, trimmed their nails, and brushed their teeth. Both have extremely short hair, so there was no fur trimming involved, but I was very happy with the job she did. Due to the nature of being mobile, the grooming costs a bit more, but that’s to be expected. I found her to be fair and conscientious. I feel my dogs are in good hands with her and will be calling her again!
